Four Signature Cocktails. One Glass.

ICHIGO.VIENNA
Albert Trummer & Geri Tsai

Some glasses simply wait to be filled. Others ask a question. The ICHIGO.Coupette prompted two of the most distinctive figures on the international bar scene to answer it:

Albert Trummer, the New York bar legend, and Geri Tsai, cocktail creator at Vienna’s boutique bar Tür 7 and an award-winning master of his craft. For both, the collection became a creative playground, and the result is four signature cocktails.

From Tür 7 come the Bloody Mary and the Mado. The name „mado“ is Japanese for window, fitting for a glass whose textured surface catches light like a pane in the rain.

Geri Tsai’s creations can be enjoyed at Tür 7 in Buchfeldgasse in Vienna’s eighth district.

“The art of reinventing a cocktail again and again begins with the right glass,” says Albert Trummer.

“The design of ICHIGO.Vienna is iconic, and it feels good in the hand.” Geri Tsai agrees: “These distinctive glasses crown every cocktail creation and become part of the taste experience itself.”

More than a glass. A moment.

For founder and designer Martina Zupanc Oberdorfer, there is no finer confirmation of her idea: “Special moments deserve more than the everyday.” Two of today’s finest bars are taking her at her word.
