Anthology – The Art of Collecting, Connecting, and Rethinking

ICHIGO.VIENNA at FORMdepot salon privé 2025

On September 25, 2025, FORMDEPOT once again opened its doors for the SALON privé – an evening that brought together more than 300 guests from the worlds of architecture, design, art, and craftsmanship to inspire, exchange ideas, and leave lasting impressions.

Under the guiding theme “Anthology – The Art of Collecting, Connecting, and Rethinking”, the Salon Privé became more than an event – it was a movement of thought: a space of dialogue, attitude, and inspiration.

At its heart lay the interplay between past and present:
How do spaces tell stories? Which cultural codes does craftsmanship preserve? And how do the things we collect shape our collective memory?

An inspiring panel with Alice Stori Liechtenstein, Christian Kircher, Martin Aichholzer, Joshua Alena, and Dr. Johannes Sima explored how history and innovation can resonate to form new perspectives.

As a partner of SALON privé, ICHIGO.Vienna showcased selected pieces from its current collection: Coupettes No. 1 Champagne, Coupettes No. 2 Cocktail and Bloom No. 1 Vase & Decanter

Inspired by Japanese simplicity and European craftsmanship, these objects blended seamlessly into the evening’s curatorial dialogue – quiet statements of a philosophy that unites beauty with meaning.

curated simplicity for meaningful moments

The Salon Privé 2025 was more than a reflection – it was an invitation: to think further, to interweave, to collect.
